Hoods, roofs, and weather screens.-Relates to wind or weather shields, which slide in guides carried in the vehicle, so that the shield can be moved, without detachment, into the desired position. In Fig. 2, the shield F, consisting of a frame carrying glass, gauze, or other material, slides in guides D, D<1> fixed as shown in Fig. 5 on tubular uprights B and on the cover ; other forms of guides may be used. The shield can be carried vertically in guides B on the front of the vehicle, or may be slid along the guides D<1> at the top to the back. Similar guides may be arranged on the sides, the shield being moved from one side to the other under the cover as before. The shield is stowed under the cover by sliding it into the guides D<1>.
