On one end of the plug a, having a passage e therethrough, is attached a flat spring valve g having a pad at one end and attached to the plug at the other end by means of a groove therein and a screw s. The plug is turned at f so as to fit the casing b tightly, and is secured thereto by a nut c. A dust cap k is provided. The valve g is opened by the pressure of air from the pump and closed by its own elasticity.
