Swash-plate linkages.-In reversible swash-plate mechanism, the reciprocating members, such as a circumferential series of pistons 15 of an internal-combustion engine carried in an aluminium casing 23, are provided with radial recesses in which slide cylindrical pistons 27 loosely carrying cylindrical blocks 28 fitted over the edge of the swash-plate 11. A second oppositely inclined swash-plate 30 similarly acting may be arranged on the same driven or driving shaft 10.
