The rotor 20, Fig. 3, has a cut-off 22 and projecting blade 21, and is carried by roller bear. ings 28, 29 on a hollow pivoted arm 18 which conveys lubricant and carries the driving-shaft 27, which is rigidly connected to the rotor by a cap 33. The lubricant is retained by packing 39 and the stator 23 is carried by a yoke 24, Fig. 1, from the arm 18.
