177,066. MacGregor, R. April 4, 1921. Addition to 170,722. Barges. - In a sectional barge of the type claimed in the parent Specification comprising a bow section d, midship sections a, b, and a stern section, the midship sections being connected longitudinally along the line c by double channelbars bolted back to back and connected to the bow and stern sections by angle frames, the stern section is made in halves e, f to facilitate nesting for transport in a ship's hold, as shown in Fig. 2. The halves e, f of the stern section are connected together by double channel-bars, or a similar construction in angle-bars or flanged plates riveted or bolted back to back.
