Abstract
4718. Cornaro, G. Feb. 24. Hulls.-In a twin-hulled vessel, the outer walls of the hulls a, b are formed with curves e of large radius extending from the bows to about one-third of the total length, and continued by curves f of greater radius, or straight lines, converging to meet the inner walls at the stern. The two hulls are connected together by articulated beams c, so as to allow relative vertical displacement. The deck is mounted on the hull by means of articulated connecting-means.
