Building- blocks, special shapes of.-Building-blocks of the kind comprising similar rectangular slabs alternately displaced both horizontally and vertically relatively to one another are provided with air passages D, E, F running longitudinally through the blocks and in such blocks the sides G may be bevelled, the portions of the slabs A, C adjacent thereto being correspondingly bevelled. When assembled to form a wall &c. air channels H may be formed around one or more of the slabs composing the block.
