Building - blocks, special shapes of. - A wall block is provided with a double dovetail cavity H and dovetail recesses g disposed as shown, and mav be furnished with mortar grooves K, K<1> on the top and bottom faces. The blocks are displaced half the length of a block in adjacent courses and are reversed in alternate courses, the cavities g, H being left empty or filled with concrete. Corners are formed by blocks C arranged as shown.
