Abstract

1537515 Pneumatic conveyers G C INSULATION Ltd 11 March 1977 [22 April 1976] 16317/76 Heading B8A [Also in Division E1] Particulate insulation material 34 is fed to a cavity in a wall or the like by air from a pump 10 the air being split into two streams at junction 20 with the first stream traversing material hopper 23 via air injection means 29 and then being reunited with the second stream at a junction 22. Pump 10 may comprise a number of selectively operable units for varying the flow rate. The intakes to pump 10 are connected via a hopper 16 to a suction nozzle (17) (Fig. 1, not shown) enabling the apparatus to be used as a suction cleaner for clearing up residues.
