Abstract

Double walls; stud and slab walls. - Hollow walls are built of a plurality of pre-cast concrete pillars 1 which engage pre-cast inner and outer slabs 6, the pillars being of double-dovetail-section, and the slabs having their ends shaped to abut on to them and recessed to receive the grouting 7. The framework units may be reinforced by vertical reinforcement and loops 9, and the slabs with reinforcement 12 the ends of which are inturned in the grouting. Binding reinforcement 10 may also be used to bind the grouting on such side of the framework units.
