1514916 Hinge mountings; Latches CROMPTON NETTLEFOLD STENMAN Ltd 5 Aug 1975 [1 Aug 1974 20 Jan 1975] 30364/75 and 2463/75 Headings E2A, E2B and E2F A releasable hinge mounting comprises a leaf 2 which slidably engages in a socket formed between two mounting plates 9, 10 and has an aperture 5 which is engaged by a spring tongue 17. The leaf 2 enters an opening defined between flanges 15' and a hole 21 allows the tongue 17 to be disengaged by the insertion of an implement. The releasable connection can be used in non-hinge applications e.g. Fig. 7 (Figs 8, 9 not shown).
