1509722 Potato products M J MILLWARD 7 April 1975 [10 April 1974] 51750/77 Divided out of 1509721 Heading A2B A re-heatable potato product comprises a core of cooked potato mash enclosed in a fabricated potato-based outer layer of higher solids content than the core. The products may be those disclosed in Parent Specification, alternatively the outer layer may be made from potato flakes, which may have been toasted and ground, and may contain potato starch, baked potato peel, egg solids, soy protein derivatives, dextrose, whey solids and onion powder.
