Abstract

Rotary apparatus. - In apparatus for drying or condensing milk &c. in which the milk is atomized by a rotary distributor 24 into a chamber 1 in which hot air circulates, the shaft 22 of the distributor carries a bowl 25 at its upper end. If milk accumulates in the bowl, a valve 27 in the supply pipe 26 is closed by a projecting wing 29 which is swung horizontally by contact with the milk.
