Vehicle-window opening and closing apparatus. -In a window-operating device of the kind described in the parent Specification, the counterbalancing-springs are housed in a tube v in which slots v<1> are formed for the pins of the sliders. The operating-rod j has a roller m<1> bearing thereon. The balancing-springs may be arranged between opposite angles of the lazy-tongs. The usual strap and grip may be provided.
