1474254 Printing machines ROLAND OFFSETMASCHINENFABRIK FABER & SCHLEICHER AG 16 July 1974 [16 July 1973] 31546/74 Addition to 1405515 Heading 6BC A damping or inking train has two axially reciprocated rollers, the drive for this reciprocation allowing adjustment of the phase of the two rollers relative to the rotation of the printing cylinder the drive being arranged so that the rollers have a phase difference equal to their angular spacing about the forme roller. The rollers may be reciprocated by a common drive, or by a separate drive to each roller.
