The set of sheets may cover the cohesive, totally, or partially as shown in Fig. 8, so that the set must be removed before the envelope is sealed. Alternatively, with smaller dimensioned sheets, Fig. 11, e.g. record and carbon sheets 12, 10 respectively, at least some sheets in the set may be sealed within the envelope. One or more windows W, which may have cohesive borders, expose information on the sheets or base sheet. Tear lines T 1 Fig. 8 or T 2 Fig. 11 facilitate opening of the sealed envelope. The carbon sheets may be interconnected by a bottom stub 18, Fig. 11, and the record sheets may have cohesive stripes thereon so that they can be folded and sealed to form envelopes. In Fig. 13, additional stripes of cohesive A 1 , additional tear lines T 5 , T 6 and score lines S 1 , S 2 enable the envelope to be re-used as a reply envelope.
