Abstract

1509325 Envelope GOODSTRACK Ltd 19 Aug 1976 [2 Sept 1975] 36030/75 Heading B8K [Also in Division B5] An envelope comprises a front plastics sheet 1 sealed or welded to all edges 4 of a back plastics sheet 2 to define a space therebetween for containing a document, the sheet 2 having a pressure sensitive adhesive 2<SP>1</SP> on its surface remote from sheet 1 and a removable release liner 3 thereover, an insertion opening 7 in the sheet 1 for providing access to the space between the sheets, and a flap 6 extending from an edge adjacent the opening for insertion therein. As described the sheets 1, 2 are of polythene or p.v.c. The flap extends from the front sheet and part of the liner 3 may underlie the flap. Perforations or creases 8 enable the flap to be folded flat. The liner and back sheet may have a slit to aid removal of the liner.
