Abstract

1467200 Two-part couplings ASTONIA METAL PRESSINGS Ltd 21 Jan 1976 [22 Feb 1975] 7524/75 Heading H2E A lamp-holder has a pair of spring-loaded plunger contacts 14 upstanding from an insulating base 12 with hollow cylindrical barrels 20, forming static members of the plungers, riveted thereto. Connection to brass terminals 15 may be by link plates 30 held by the rivets between the plunger barrel and the body. The body may form an insert for fitting into a metal or other tubular casing which provides a bayonet lamp fitting. The insert may be of ceramics or plastics.
