Abstract

1459888 Jet loom ELITEX 9 Dec 1974 [10 Dec 1973] 53193/74 Heading DIE A jet loom includes a nozzle 2 and a fluid pressure accumulator 4 connected via a valve 3 to a pressure supply duct 15. In the position shown the duct is connected to the accumulator. The valve can be moved to close the duct and connect the accumulator to the nozzle to project the weft. The accumulator may comprise a cylinder and a piston 5 having an adjustable spring bias. The piston may be replaced by a spring-or pneumatic pressure-loaded diaphragm.
