1431935 Ti, Zr or Hf doped boron nitride PHILIPS GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN NV 19 July 1973 [22 July 1972] 34385/73 Heading C1A [Also in Division C7] Boron nitride containing 0À5 to 95% of at least one of Ti, Zr or Hf in elemental or nitride form is made by cathode sputtering a target of BN and Ti or Zr or Hf in Ar or N 2 or by a vapour deposition process or by a plasma spray process to form a chemically resistant film preferably 100 Š to 10 Ám. thick on a substrate.
