As shown, the cut strip is turned through 90 degrees before being applied to the mandrel. In another embodiment, bosses (20) are formed on the capsule 19, Fig. 3 (not shown), to prevent jamming in stacking or nesting. Again, the bosses may be extended forming a rib (21), Fig. 4 (not shown).
