Abstract

1424079 Stoppers &c. H J DICHTER 5 July 1973 [21 July 1972] 32006/73 Heading B8T A glass bottle has an internal bead 21 which co-operates with a frusto-conical section 14 of a stopper 11, the section 14 being part of a resilient plug portion which tapers inwardly below it as at 15. The bead 21 is provided by forming an annular groove on the outside of the bottle so that the bead and the adjacent bottle wall are of the same thickness.
