Abstract
141,336. Le Bidolec, J. M. P. B. A. April 10, 1919, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Working-fluid supply.-In a turbine system, the combination products are expanded to below atmospheric pressure, and in passing from the turbine 10, 11 to the vacuum pump 15 are cooled in a generator 6, which heats the air supplied by a compressor 2 to the combustion chamber 8. The exhaust gases may be further cooled by a. cooler 13. The turbine comprises initial impulse stages 10 and may include reaction stages 11. The regenerator pipes are ribbed. Fig. 5 shows a form of combustion chamber.
