1382128 Liquid heaters NIPPON GAKKI SEIZO KK 14 June 1972 [18 June 1971] 27739/72 Heading F4A In a liquid heating device comprising a container 1 for the liquid to be heated, a pressure jet burner 11 is arranged to direct its flame into a vertically extending combustion chamber 10 and the combustion gases then pass into an intermediate chamber 6 having a larger crosssectional area than that of the combustion chamber 10 and the gases finally pass through smaller, vertically extending, outlet passageways 12 to atmosphere. The pressure jet burner 11 and combustion chamber may be arranged to extend upwardly from the bottom of the liquid container.
