Abstract

1336110 Liquid heaters NIPPON GAKKI SEIZO KK 16 March 1972 [19 March 1971] 12424/72 Heading F4A In a liquid heating device for heaters or boilers for storage and supply of a hot liquid to be heated a combustion chamber 12 is provided with a container 11 for the liquid to be heated and a burner unit 14 is arranged to direct a flame downwardly into the combustion chamber, the base of which is provided with an outlet 23 which serves as a cleaning port for the combustion chamber. The outlet 23 is welded to an extension 25 forming a drain tube. The internal surfaces of the device arranged to be in contact with the liquid to be heated are given a protective enamel coating. The burner unit 14 is mounted detachably on a cover member 30 and an exhaust tube 13 is provided on top of the cover member 30 to collect exhaust gases passing from the combustion passage 18 to the upwardly extending passages 19. The liquid to be heated enters at inlet 15 and leaves by outlet 16.
