1379608 Stainless steel KOBE SEISKOSHO K K [trading as KOBE STEEL Ltd] 29 Dec 1971 [28 Dec 1970 31 May 1971(2)] 60405/71 Heading C7A A stainless steel, exhibiting high corrosion resistance and especially suited for casting ships propellers or water turbine runners, comprises in weight per cent:- the balance being iron and impurities. A modified steel may contain 0À2 to 2À5% copper with the nickel content kept in the range 3 to 5%. After heattreatment, the austenite retained in the steel is in the range 10 to 45% ferrite level below 20%, remainder martensite
