1374246 Electromagnetic switches PONDER & BEST Inc 24 Aug 1971 [8 March 1971 9 April 1971 11 June 1971] 19919/74 Divided out of 1374245 Heading H1N Compression springs 86 normally hold magnetic switch contacts 87 thereon in engagement with each other, but when a current exceeding a certain value passes, the springs act as solenoids and magnetically attract their respective contacts away from each other. The switch may have a hermetically sealed housing 123 filled with gas or liquid.
