Spray burners.-In a liquid-fuel fitting for furnaces, the liquid fuel is supplied from a reservoir g through a aeries of jointed tubes f, permitting free movement to a fuel tube b controlled by a valve e. The fuel tube projects into a duct a, through which air is forced to effect combustion of the fuel. When employed with an oscillating or rocking furnace, free movement between the oil reservoir and furnace takes place, but a fixed connexion f<1> between a reservoir g', and the pipe b may be used in connexion with a fixed furnace.
