Abstract

1360841 Counters; read-out ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL CORP 6 Aug 1971 [7 Aug 1970] 37017/71 Headings G4D and G4H A fluid meter includes a one-way clutch drive, Fig. 3, in one of its gears 75, which drives a two-armed lever 92 eccentrically mounted with respect to the rotary path of a spring-pressed pin 66. When the pin 66 reaches its right-hand position, Fig. 2, it is pulled off the end of lever 92 so as to rotate a generator (56, Fig. 1, not shown) sharply to pulse a distant meter for every 1000 gallons of fluid metered. Provision is made for accurate assembly of the one-way drive and synchronization of the generator.
