[Class 110 (ii)] A meter comprises a turbine type motor driving a registering mechanism through a oneway clutch. The registering mechanism is plrovided with a ratchet wheel and pawl which prevents its being rotated in the wrong direction should the motor direction be reversed and the one-way clutch stick.
