Abstract
1351798 Velocity-modulated tubes VARIAN ASSOCIATES 19 April 1971 [15 April 1970] 27089/71 Addition to 1208700 Heading H1D The embodiment of Fig. 3 of the parent Specification 1,208,700 which employs as the prebuncher section a pair of second harmonic resonators arranged in sequence between the input cavity and the final buncher section-is modified, to improve bunching, by the interposition of a fundamental frequency resonator between the two second harmonic resonators.
