Abstract
1347938 Stop-watches DAINI SEIKOSHA K K 26 April 1972 [7 May 1971] 19400/72 Heading G3T The balance wheel 12 of a stop-watch is stopped by a resilient member 10 on a stop lever 8 engaging one of a plurality of indentations on the periphery of the wheel 12. The indentations may cover the entire periphery or, as shown, only opposite portions 12a, 12b. Stopping is effected by pulling out a winding stem 1 which rotates a setting lever 2 against the action of a spring 6 transmitted by a lever 4. An aperture 2b in lever 2 is engaged by an end 8a of lever 8 which is thus rotated. Upon pressing in of the winding stem, the balance wheel again oscillates. The balance wheel may be electrically maintained and stopped away from its neutral position so that the contact switch remains open:.
