Headings B7B and B7D The cab of a motor vehicle is connected at its rear end to a cross member 5 of the frame 1, 2 through links 11, 12, which are pivotally mounted by pins 9, 10 to a member 8 attached to the cab and by pins 14, 15 to the member 5, the arrangement preventing frame twist about the longitudinal axis being transferred to the cab. The extended axes of the links meet at a point 17 on the longitudinal axis. The cab front may be rigidly or pivotally connected to the frame; in the latter case cross member 8 is detachable from the cab to allow tilting thereof. Rubber damping elements 13 are fitted about each pivot pin.
