1333981 Cartons GENERALE SUCRIERE 4 Jan 1971 [14 Aug 1970] 360/71 Heading B8P A carton is opened by a tear-strip 18 giving access to the edge 21 of a tear open flap 17 in the lid 12 and one side 14. In one form the carton comprises two tray-like parts, a base and a lid, secured together by lines of glue 15. In another embodiment (Fig. 3, not shown) the carton is folded to tubular form from a single blank, sealed longitudinally (35) and the contents filled through one end which is subsequently sealed, a similar tear strip and tear open flap being provided in this embodiment.
