Abstract

1367398 Box lids SIG SCHWEIZERISCHE INDUSTRIE-GESELLSCHAFT 1 March 1972 [1 March 1971] 9449/72 Heading B8P The cover flaps 36, 37 of a box are provided with locking projections 34, 35 for snap-fitting within slots 32<SP>1</SP>, (33<SP>1</SP>, Figs. 1, 3) in the lid 31. The box may be formed by folding a cardboard blank to a tubular sleeve and closing the bottom with glue flaps (Fig. 1). Prior to the initial opening, the lid 31 may be additionally held closed by adhesive spots 42, 43 or a sealing strip (44, Fig. 3). To accommodate pulverulent material the box may be provided with an inner paper or plastics bag or a rectangular covering foil slip.
