1333836 Fibre feed ducts in open-end spinning machines SPINNEREIMASCHINEN BAU KARL-MARX-STADT VEB 15 June 1971 28014/71 Headings DID and D1N In an open-end spinning machine the spinning chamber 1 is fed with fibre by a duct 8 which is divided into two ducts 10 and 11 by a separator 13. The duct 8 may be divided as shown in Figs. 1 and 11 or may be divided in the plane of the drawings as in Figs. 3 and 6 (not shown) the separator 13 may be adjustable e.g. about the pivot 17, Fig. 11. Fibre is fed to the ducts by a single combing cylinder 2.
