1318364 Ventilators; lamps A G NESHER 7 Sept 1970 [15 Sept 1969] 42773/70 Heading F4R and F4V Apparatus for controlling delivery of filtered air comprises a curved or flat sheet 12 of light pervious synthetic plastics material having laminar flow producing apertures 14 of maximum diameters not exceeding the thickness of the sheet wherein the free area of the apertures is from 1 to 4-9% of the total area of the sheet. A fluorescent lighting fixture 16 is arranged up stream of the sheet 12, which may be transparent or translucent. The apparatus may be utilized in industry or hospitals.
