An apparatus that can be attached to a window (10) having a surface (12), comprising: a sheet of material constructed to adhere to the surface of the window, said sheet having a plurality of apertures (20) separated by an opaque area (18), said aperture being at least partially transparent to light and having a diameter of approximately 0.1397 milimeters.
