1302858 Cast in situ concrete OMNIA INTERNATIONAL BUILDINGS SYSTEMS Ltd 16 Feb 1970 [19 Feb 1969] 9087/69 Heading E1W Parallel precast concrete beams 13 forming shuttering are laid side by side in abutting relationship to span main beams and have one or more parallel longitudinal lattice beams 11 partially embedded in each beam. Longitudinal rods 12, 12A of the lattice beam 11 may project from the ends of the beam 13 to rest on main iron beams. Further reinforcements may be included in the lattice beam construction to project through the sloping beam sides 15 to key with the in situ cast concrete. Two layers of reinforcing bars 17, 18 are laid on the shuttering, at least one layer of which linking with the lattice beam 11 and the lower longitudinal bars 17 lying in the channels formed by the sloping sides 15.
