C. engine cylinder head assembly in which the inlet and exhaust valves are arranged in pairs on opposite sides of the fuel injector body 5 for operation by rocker levers acting through bridge pieces 4, 8, lands or projections 9 formed on the injector body or each bridge piece respectively prevent the bridge pieces from rotating by engaging the respective bridge piece or body.
