Abstract

1467291 IC engine rockers MASCHINENFABRIK AUGSBURG-NURNBERG AG 19 April 1974 [21 April 1973] 17399/74 Heading FIB An I.C. engine rocker 11, as decribed for actuating two admission valves with an identical rocker for actuating two exhaust valves, is mounted on the cylinder head 1 by means of a bolt 21 passing through a bearing journal 22 formed with two segmental cut-outs 26 providing horizontal plane surfaces 24, 34 allowing a nut 29 on the bolt to clamp the journal against an intermediate member 25 on a pedestal 23, the bolt 21 thus mounting the journal and pedestal on the cylinder head. The cylindrical ends 27 of the journal are received in apertures in the rocker bearing eyes 38.
