Axial-flow type; radial-flow (bladed) type; reversing.-A reversible steam turbine comprises hand-controlled interconnected stop valves 6 adapted to admit steam either to a nozzle 4 and a single row of blades 2 on the periphery of a disk 1, or to a nozzle 5 and a single row of buckets 3 formed in the side of the disk for reverse driving.
