1289676 Ventilators COMPAGNIE EUROPEENNE POUR L'EQUIPEMENT MENAGER 18 March 1970 [25 March 1969] 13142/70 Heading F4V An air inlet or extraction wall ventilator comprises a polygonal or circular cross-sectional body 4 with an axial opening at each end and a peripheral opening 9, a fan within the body 4, and a flange 5, the relative angular positions of the body 4 and flange 5 being adjustable. The body 4 is inserted either into a straight passage through a wall or through a wall opening into a vertical or otherwise orientated passage within the wall, the free end of the body 4 being spaced from or in contact with a wall of the passage. The fan is of the helico-centrifugal type. The opening in the flange 5 may be closed by a valve (6, Fig. 1) and cords 7, 8 control the valve and the fan motor.
