A cabinet or like article for receiving drawers comprises panels 1, 2, detachably inter-connected by connectors 14-19, each panel 1, 2, being provided in its corners with open ended recesses 9 which receives as a close fit respective planar tongues 8 of the connectors, and each connector a planar plate part 7 from which project at least two said tongues 8 disposed in planes perpendicular to the plate part 7, the latter extending on both sides of each tongue 8 in the region of the junction of the tongue 8 with the plate part 7. Vertical panels 2 include longitudinal grooves 4 providing drawer guides. Pegs 5 on longitudinal edges of vertical panels 2 engage apertures 3 in horizontal panels 1 on recesses 6 in adjacent vertical panels 2. The connectors 14-19 may be removed by a tool inserted in an aperture 10 in the panel 2.
