[Also in Division H1] In a fuel-fired liquid heater, the combustion air blower 5 and a transformer connected to the electric control systems of the heater are so mounted that air passing through the blower cools the transformer. The blower 5, its drive motor 13 and the transformer are mounted in a box 6 having an inlet 7 for air and an outlet 8 connected to the blower outlet. To restrict vibrations, the outlet 8 of the box is connected to the air inlet to the combustion chamber of the heater by a flexible pipe. The box 6, together with the blower, motor and transformer, can be readily removed from the heater for servicing.
