Abstract
1,254,225. Cold water soluble gelatin pudding powders. LIJM-EN GELATINEFABRIEK "DELFT" N.V. 7 July, 1969 [9 July, 1968], No. 34231/69. Heading A2B. A cold water soluble gelatin pudding powder is prepared by spray drying an aqueous gelatin solution containing 5-20% by wt. of an edible acid (e.g. citric tartaric, malic, succinic, adipic, fumaric lactic or phosphoric acid), and mixing the spray-dried product with sugar and, if desired, flavouring and colouring materials.
