Rotors. - The rotor of a turbo-compressor, comprising a turbine disk c, compressor disks d, e, f, and journals a, h, is cut from a single mass of metal. The cheeks h, i, k of the compressor wheels are formed each in one piece, being cut in the block. The blades m, n are secured by rivets r, autogenous solder, or other means.
