Flues.-The products of combustion &c. from a gas cooking-oven are led down to the floor level by a descending flue or pipe N which is attached to the outlet O<1>, and has a cross-sectional area greater than that of the outlet. The flue may have an extensible lower end, as shown, and may be formed as a draught-guard N<3>, and as a tray T. for collecting condensed water.
