1,221,012. Radial piston pumps. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. Jan.15, 1968 [Oct.18, 1966], No.2038/68. Divided out of 1, 220, 216. Addition to 1, 149, 894. Heading F1A. The pump of the parent Specification is modified in that the member 24 between the rotor 13 and the body part 11 is so disposed that the port 25 therein is symmetrical about a plane 26 passing through the axis of rotation 27 of the rotor which is inclined at an acute angle to the line of action 28 of the track ring biasing spring 20. The biasing spring may be a diamond shaped leaf spring with its mid region bearing against the track ring 17. The track ring 17 may be guided by walls parallel to the line 28. A roller in the cavity 12 may form a fulcrum for the track ring.
