Abstract

1,210,885. Ploughs. ÍVERUMS BRUK A.B. 12 June, 1968 [12 June, 1967], No. 27925/68. Heading A1B. [Also in Division B7] A plough is adapted for various balancing positions whereby the frame portion 2b is adjustable laterally with respect to a pivotally mounted portion 2a by means of disengageable mounting flanges 2d, 2c, portion 2a pivoting about spigot 7 on a forward frame portion 1. The plough frame may be further adjusted relative to the tractor mounting frame A my actuating a hydraulic ram 6 to slide member 1a along axle 5. A bar 8 is hinged at the tractor end on member 1b and at the opposite end is pivotally connected to lever 9a fixed on a vertical pivot 9. By this means steering is self correcting and the wheel 4 maintains a straight course.
